The major Indio festivals may be over, but the high desert keeps the festival spirit alive this month with Joshua Tree Music Festival. This unique music festival features a diverse lineup of genres and artists, ranging from electro and dance to soulful funk and more. Memorial Day Flower Drop | May 27, 2024
Every year, the Palm Springs Air Museum honors fallen veterans with the annual Memorial Day Flower Drop. A B-25 Mitchell bomber drops over 3,000 red and white carnations over the air museum as a form of salute for these veterans, and visitors are welcome to take one home. The day includes flight exhibitions, food vendors, and live music.
