Coachella: Independence Day Celebration | July 3 @ 6:30PM
Start the celebration early in Coachella! Bring the whole family down to Bagdouma Park on Thursday night to celebrate Independence Day in Coachella with games, food vendors, and live music. The celebration starts at 6:30PM.
Indio: Independence Day Bash & Drone Show at Empire Polo Grounds | July 4 @ 6PM

You might know Empire Polo as where Coachella and Stagecoach are held every April, but this summer, it’s also home to the City of Indio 4th of July celebration! This year’s Independence Day Bash includes fun for the whole family with a kids’ area, food and drink vendors (between you and me, I’m curious if we’ll be getting Coachella staples like Spicy Pie?!), a craft bar AND a drink bar, live performances, and a drone show at 9:30PM. Bring your blankets and chairs for this free event!

Palm Springs: 4th of July Weekend Kickoff Party at VillageFest | July 3 @ 7PM
Kick off an All-American 4th of July Weekend in Downtown Palm Springs at VillageFest! This weekly outdoor street fair offers everything from live entertainment to food trucks, a mini farmers market, and all sorts of handcrafted gifts and goodies. This year, the kickoff party includes family-friendly games, crafts, and live music, plus FREE SNOWCONES!
Palm Springs: 4th of July at the Ballpark with Palm Springs Power Baseball | July 4 @ 6PM
It doesn’t get more American than baseball, hot dogs, and fireworks! Enjoy all three on the 4th of July at Palm Springs Stadium in this annual tradition. Palm Springs Power will play their All Stars Collegiate Summer game, starting at 6PM. Fireworks start at 9:15PM. When it comes to 4th of July events in Palm Springs, this one is always very popular, so be sure to get your spot early!
Palm Springs: 4th of July Pool Party | July 4 @ 3PM
Make a splash on Independence Day with a pool party in Palm Springs! The fun kicks off at 3PM, and you can stay to watch the fireworks that start at 9:15 sharp at Sunrise Park.
Palm Springs: Hard Days Night Concert | July 4 @ 7PM
Plenty of options in Palm Springs this year for 4th of July! If baseball and pool parties aren’t your style, how about a free concert at the park? Hard Days Night will pay tribute to The Beatles with a free show starting at 7PM.
Palm Desert: Independence Day Celebration | July 4 @ 7:30PM
Celebrate Independence Day at Palm Desert Civic Center Park with festivities including a free outdoor concert and 20-minute fireworks display. This year, the celebration includes food trucks and vendors, and you’re also welcome to pack a picnic for the park (just leave the alcohol and portable barbeques at home). Don’t forget your blankets and chairs!
Rancho Mirage: 4th of July Independence Day Celebration at Agua Caliente | July 4 @ 9PM
Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage brings back its Annual Fireworks Extravaganza this year with DJs, giveaways, and promotions leading up to a phenomenal fireworks display in Rancho Mirage. The fun starts with a drive-in special at 7PM and fireworks at 9PM. As always, admission and parking are free! Get ready to tailgate as you enjoy one of the desert’s favorite fireworks displays.
Desert Hot Springs: Fireworks Spectacular | July 5 @ 6PM
Independence Day Weekend continues on Saturday night with a Fireworks Spectacular in Desert Hot Springs! Enjoy music, food vendors, and a fireworks display (starting at 9:15PM) at Mission Springs Park.
